Organizing with neutrality took the fear out of our organizing under Microsoft, we felt empowered to organize in a bolder way, and our union is much stronger for it.

We need our jobs to survive, but our jobs need us to exist. Utilizing our collective power in an organized way helps our workplaces reflect that reality, and it gives us a path to a more equitable future.
