The knowledge, experience, passion, and drive that those at CWA have are so great that the real question becomes "Why not CWA?" Choosing to organize with CWA has reignited fire dormant in those that were weary and kept it brightly aflame in others.

Organizing under neutrality with Microsoft put ZWU (Zenimax Workers United) in a sort of rare category, as it's not everyday that companies are so open to workers forming a union. The promise of neutrality assisted in quelling many concerns, worries, and doubts for many within QA.

Solidarity and communication is key. Organizing our wants and needs as a union allows us to present them efficiently and professionally while still asserting their importance.
